At Comsport Racing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, FIA-certified race gear (including helmets, HANS devices, and fire-resistant clothing) cannot be returned once worn or used, as their protective integrity cannot be guaranteed once they have been fitted or used in a racing environment.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at comsportracing.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you can choose either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days), or
  • An exchange for an alternative size, colour, or product of equal value.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale
